To further identify the underlying mechanisms of SLC2A11-MIF in bladder cancer progress, we performed genome-wide RNA expression profile screening in which we compared gene expression profiles in SLC2A11-MIF-knockdown and control cells in T24 or UM-UC-3 Bladder cancer cells T24 or UM-UC-3 were treated with SiRNA or control for 48h, respectively. The RNA of the treated cells was extracted and sequenced on Illumina NovaseqTM 6000 platform and 150-bp paired-end reads were generated.
