Transcriptome differences in tomato plants induced by drought and PSTVd infection

This study aims to analyze the transcriptome differences in tomato plants induced by drought, PSTVd (Potato Spindle Tuber Viroid) infection, and their combined stress. We will identify differentially expressed genes and key regulatory pathways to clarify how tomatoes transcriptionally respond to the interaction between abiotic (drought) and biotic (PSTVd) stresses.
