Perceptions and experiences of mine workers with automation: survey data analysis

Dataset includes the raw data collected from the survey, the code from R used to clean the data, and then the model. The research aims to explore mining workers’ perceptions of how autonomous and automated systems affect their situational awareness, team communication, and trust. A cross-sectional online survey was designed to assess the perceptions and experiences of workers with automation. This can reveal insights into the interaction between workers and mining automation, as well as coordination with both team workers and automated systems that require improvement for better performance and safety.
