104,407 ICESat-2 ATL08 v7 ground-classified footprints across 5 climate regimes spanning 53° of latitude (4°N Colombia → 39°S humid temperate Chile). Companion to the Mediterranean training deposit (10.5281/zenodo.20386571) and trained XGBoost model (10.5281/zenodo.20386582). Used to probe transferability in Parra Ortiz (2026), ISPRS J P&RS §5.5. Regimes: humid temperate Chile (n=57,849), hyperarid Atacama (n=20,681), tropical wet Vietnam (n=20,569), tropical montane Andes Colombia+Ecuador+Bolivia (n=5,161), tropical montane Cusco (n=147).
