Anopheles gambiae microsatellite data

This file contains the genotypes of 967 Anopheles gambiae mosquitoes for 13 microsatellite loci, analysed in the manuscript: Pinto et al. 2013. Geographic population structure of the African malaria vector Anopheles gambiae suggests a role for the forest-savannah biome transition as a barrier to gene flow. Evolutionary Applications (in press). The numbers of the first column indicate the sample, as described in Table S1 (Supporting information) of the manuscript. Table S1 also contains information on the molecular form composition of each sample. The microsatellites analysed are described in Table S2 (Supporting information). Genotypes are presented in 2-digit allele GENEPOP format.
