Data and code for Certified instability-band topology and nonlinear scale switching in a fractional nonlocal Gross–Pitaevskii equation

Reproducibility archive for the manuscript “Certified instability-band topology and nonlinear scale switching in a fractional nonlocal Gross–Pitaevskii equation”. The archive contains interval certificates for instability-band topology, controlled resonant-normal-form diagnostics, finite-exit and temporal-gap certificates, full-PDE nonlinear simulations, convergence and robustness tests, higher-dimensional validation data, and scripts for reproducing the main and supplementary figures. Version 1.3 adds the controlled resonant finite-exit diagnostics and the temporal-gap certificate associated with the uniform finite-exit estimate.
