木豆(Cajanus cajan (L.) Millsp)是目前世界上唯一的一种重要豆科木本植物,在我国已广泛种植和应用,木豆花、叶和果实可药食两用,其中叶子提取物是我国抗股骨头坏死新药通络生骨胶囊的唯一原料。由于其活性成分与功效机制研究较少,深加工技术局限在传统粗加工水平,存在资源利用度低、环境污染大,生产成本高等问题。项目组自2004年以来系统地开展了木豆资源的应用基础研究和产业化技术开发,建立了森林植物次生代谢活性成分高效靶向分离技术体系,首次系统阐明了木豆中的功能活性成分及其作用机制,填补了木豆功能活性物质基础不明确的空白,为木豆的系统开发提供了重要的科学依据 建立了木豆资源质量控制及采收适宜性评价体系,保证了木豆药/食用原料的品质稳定性和均一性,为木豆资源的开发利用提供了质量控制标准 发明了系列绿色、高效、高值化的木豆叶精深加工利用关键技术,解决了传统木豆加工技术资源利用率低、环境污染严重、成本高等问题,显著提升了木豆资源全产业链精深加工产业化水平,为我国林业生物制剂产业的健康快速发展和林业生物产业结构的合理升级起到积极的示范作用。本项研究成果成功在浙江海正药业股份有限公司实现通络生骨胶囊产业化生产应用,同时木豆资源提取物作为天然抗氧化剂和稳定剂成功应用在蓝莓制品生产中,取得了显著的经济效益和社会效益。

Pigeon pea (Cajanus cajan (L.) Millsp) is the only significant leguminous woody plant of its kind worldwide at present. It has been widely cultivated and utilized in China. Its flowers, leaves and fruits are both edible and medicinal, and its leaf extract serves as the sole raw material for Tongluo Shenggu Capsule, a new domestic drug approved for the treatment of osteonecrosis of the femoral head. However, research on its active ingredients and efficacy mechanisms remains limited, and its deep processing technologies are still restricted to traditional crude processing methods, leading to issues such as low resource utilization rate, severe environmental pollution and high production costs. Since 2004, the research team has systematically conducted applied basic research and industrialization technology development on pigeon pea resources. We have established a high-efficiency targeted separation technology system for bioactive secondary metabolites of forest plants, and for the first time systematically elucidated the functional active ingredients in pigeon pea and their underlying mechanisms, filling the long-standing gap in the unclear understanding of the basic functional active substances of pigeon pea, thus providing critical scientific support for the systematic development of pigeon pea. We have also established a quality control and harvesting suitability evaluation system for pigeon pea resources, which ensures the stability and uniformity of the quality of medicinal and edible raw materials of pigeon pea, and provides standardized quality control criteria for the development and utilization of pigeon pea resources. A series of green, efficient and high-value key technologies for in-depth processing and utilization of pigeon pea leaves have been invented, which address the aforementioned drawbacks of traditional pigeon pea processing technologies, including low resource utilization, severe environmental pollution and high costs. These technologies have significantly elevated the industrialization level of in-depth processing across the entire industrial chain of pigeon pea resources, and played a positive demonstrative role in the healthy and rapid development of China's forestry biopharmaceutical industry and the rational upgrading of the forestry biological industry structure. The research outcomes have been successfully applied in the industrialized production of Tongluo Shenggu Capsule by Zhejiang Hisun Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. Meanwhile, the extract derived from pigeon pea resources has been successfully utilized as a natural antioxidant and stabilizer in the production of blueberry products, achieving remarkable economic and social benefits.
