We used single cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) to analyze the heterogeneity of lung cDC1 and lung cDC2. Overall design: Lung cDC1 and lung cDC2 were isolated by Fluorescence-activated cell sorting (FACS) according to surface markers (XCR1 or CD172a) and analyzed using scRNAseq.
