Description: Baker's yeast tRNA was purchased from Sigma (Catalogue number, TRNABAK-RO, lot number 22267820). The tRNA was sequenced by GenXpro GmbH, Germany, using their small RNA sequencing protocol, with adaptation to tRNA; including removal of 3'-amino acid, and using high fidelity reverse transcriptase, as adapted from: Wesley C. Clark,1,4 Molly E. Evans,1,4 Dan Dominisini,2 Guanqoun Zheng,1 and Tao Pan1,3. (2016) tRNA base methylation identification and quantification via high-throughput sequencing. RNA 22:1771â1784. Sequencing results were aligned to human tRNA database ( http://gtrnadb.ucsc.edu/ ).
