氨氮是指水中以游离氨(NH3)和铵离子(NH4+)形式存在的氮。氨氮是水体中的营养素,可导致水富营养化现象产生,是水体中的主要耗氧污染物,对鱼类及某些水生生物有毒害。是判定水质好坏的重要指标,从而为地表水的水质分析评价提供事实依据。1、数据来源:按照水质氨氮的测定纳氏试剂分光光度法 HJ 535-2009对地表水进行水样采集检测。2、算法规则: 按照如下公式进行计算:ρ=(A-A0-a)/b/V,式中ρ为样品中氨氮的质量浓度,单位mg/L;A为水样的吸光度;A0为空白试验的吸光度;a为标准曲线的截距;b为标准曲线的斜率;V为试料体积,单位m1。3、数据判定: 根据《地表水环境质量标准》进行判定,若氨氮≤0.15mg/L,则判定为I类水质;若0.15mg/L<氨氮≤0.5mg/L,则判定为Ⅱ类水质;若0.5mg/L<氨氮≤1.0mg/L,则判定为Ⅲ类水质;若1.0mg/L<氨氮≤1.5mg/L,则判定为Ⅳ类水质;若1.5mg/L<氨氮≤2.0mg/L,则判定为V类水质;若氨氮>2.0mg/L,则判定为劣V类水质。4、数据应用:通过分析水样中的氨氮质里浓度,我们可以判断该地表水的水质好坏,避免因氨氮浓度含量超高引起的水质问题,为监管提供依据。
Ammonia nitrogen refers to nitrogen present in water in the form of free ammonia (NH3) and ammonium ions (NH4+). Ammonia nitrogen is a nutrient in water bodies, which can cause water eutrophication. It is a major oxygen-consuming pollutant in water bodies and toxic to fish and some aquatic organisms. It is an important indicator for judging water quality, providing factual basis for water quality analysis and evaluation of surface water.
1. Data Source: Surface water samples were collected and tested in accordance with the Nessler's reagent spectrophotometry for the determination of ammonia nitrogen in water quality (HJ 535-2009).
2. Algorithm Rules: The calculation is performed using the following formula: ρ=(A - A0 - a)/(b × V), where ρ is the mass concentration of ammonia nitrogen in the sample, with the unit of mg/L; A is the absorbance of the water sample; A0 is the absorbance of the blank test; a is the intercept of the standard curve; b is the slope of the standard curve; and V is the volume of the test sample, with the unit of mL.
3. Data Judgment: The judgment is made in accordance with the Environmental Quality Standards for Surface Water. Specifically, if ammonia nitrogen ≤ 0.15 mg/L, it is classified as Class I water quality; if 0.15 mg/L < ammonia nitrogen ≤ 0.5 mg/L, it is Class II water quality; if 0.5 mg/L < ammonia nitrogen ≤ 1.0 mg/L, it is Class III water quality; if 1.0 mg/L < ammonia nitrogen ≤ 1.5 mg/L, it is Class IV water quality; if 1.5 mg/L < ammonia nitrogen ≤ 2.0 mg/L, it is Class V water quality; and if ammonia nitrogen > 2.0 mg/L, it is classified as inferior Class V water quality.
4. Data Application: By analyzing the mass concentration of ammonia nitrogen in water samples, we can determine the water quality of the surface water, avoid water quality problems caused by excessively high ammonia nitrogen concentration, and provide a basis for supervision and management.
