We performed gene expression profiling in the human papillary thyroid carcinoma (PTC) derived cell line BCPAP harboring BRAFV600E mutation following the treatment with BRAF selective inhibitors. Overall design: Gene expression was assessed by microarray analysis in BCPAP cells treated for 48 hours with the BRAF selective inhibitors Dabrafenib (2µM) or Vemurafenib (20µM) or with vehicle DMSO as control; three technical replicates per condition were analyzed. Gene profiles were established by Affymetrix Clariom™ S assay (Thermo Fisher Scientific).
