We performed single cell RNAseq to explore the molecular changes in cellular composition induced by attIL12-PBMC infusion in OS1 PDX tumors. Overall design: The OS1 fresh tumors were minced and dissociated with mixed enzymes, removed red blood cells and analyzed with single cell RNAseq.
