资源简介：
This dataset consists in a list of food product innovations containing pulses extracted from the MINTEL GNPD Database (validated by a partnership agreement). Dataset comes as a simple csv file, encoded in utf-8 of 20,724 lines. For each food product innovation, the following information are provided: barcode of the product, date of publication, country of trade, ingredients list as indicated on the product packaging, the parsed ingredients list under the form of an ingredient dictionary.
