Simulated Dataset of Real Estate Listings in Barcelona (Idealista Web Scraping Project)

This dataset contains 60 simulated records representing housing listings in Barcelona. It was generated as part of an academic project on web scraping and data lifecycle at the Universitat Oberta de Catalunya (UOC). The dataset reproduces the expected structure of real data from the Idealista portal, ensuring methodological coherence and ethical compliance.
