D'Ario_et_al_2021_FBL17_miRNA_FBL17_controls

This dataset contains image stacks of Arabidopsis shoot apical meristems expressing the KRP4-GFP reporter. The images have been segmented in three dimensions; cell volumes, position in the meristem and expression level of the reporter gene have been measured. The metadata, landmark coordinates and measurement tables are included in the dataset, which was used as controls in experiments in which FBL17 was inhibited using an inducible miRNA.
