We measured gene expression in single-cell RNA sequencing samples from patients with high-grade serous ovarian cancer (HGSOC), for a study on improving HGSOC subtype definition by taking into account varying cell type proportions within tumors. Overall design: Gene expression was measured at single-cell level using single-cell RNA sequencing performed on HGSOC samples from separate, unrelated individuals. The initial dataset contains 3 samples (3 individuals). **Raw data files will be submitted to dbGAP**
