Ex1R08 D from Synaptic molecular imaging in spared and deprived columns of mouse barrel cortex with array tomography.

This data represents 3 repeated staining and stripping (elution) cycles of an array tomography tissue ribbon from mouse barrel cortex with antibodies against synaptic molecules GluR1 (GluA1) and GluR2 (GluA2) as well as a DAPI nuclear stain. Included are images from 15 consecutive 70 nm serial sections aligned to produce a high-resolution volumetric reconstruction of each stain.
