Gene expression profiles of liver tissues (normal, non-tumor and tumor tisuues) of F2 males of C3H mice born to F1 mice gestationally exposed to arsenite

We have employed microarray analysis to detect gene expression changes that were affected in the F2 mice of arsenite group. Examination of liver gene expressions in normal tissues (N), non-tumor tissues (Tn) and tumor tissues (Tt) of control (CC) and arsenite (AA) group, respectively (N=3/group, total 18 samples) . The gene expression data in CCN and CCTt (N=3) were already publicly avairable at Gene Expression Omnibus (GEO), accession number GSE104627. We upload the rest of liver gene expression data in CCTn, AAN, AATn and AATt (N = 3).
