Reproducibility bundle for: transplant-handling estimand audit and ICH E9(R1) crosswalk in ACLF trials (ACLF trilogy, Paper 2)

Extraction table with per-cell provenance, analysis and figure code, and the patient-level Guyot reconstruction (digitised Kaplan-Meier inputs, reconstruction and analysis code, per-trial results) underlying Paper 2 of a three-part meta-research programme on acute-on-chronic liver failure (ACLF). All inputs are public trial reports and registry records (including APACHE, NCT03702920). Files are under restricted access during peer review; access will be granted to editors and reviewers on request, and the record will be opened on publication.
