The Kannada news dataset contains the headlines of news articles in three categories: Entertainment, Tech, and Sports. There are approximately 6300 news article headlines collected from Kannada news websites. The dataset has been cleaned and is split into train and test sets, which can be used to benchmark topic classification models in Kannada.
