Metax benchmark data: taxonomic profiles and additional benchmark analysis

This dataset contains taxonomic profiling outputs generated by Metax and other metagenomic profilers in CAMI profiling format, together with an additional benchmark analysis of Metax on the CAMI II “strain madness” dataset. The profiling outputs are provided to support reproducibility and facilitate comparison across profilers. The CAMI II “strain madness” benchmark provides an additional evaluation of Metax under high strain diversity and complements the main benchmark analyses reported in the associated Metax study.
