Data description and analysis materials for "How Should Digital Humans and Humans Work Together? The Effect of Collaboration Structure on Trust and User Satisfaction in Financial Services"

This record describes the dataset and provides the supplementary material and analysis outputs (SPSS and jamovi) for the above study, an online 3 (collaboration type) × 3 (human-likeness) × 2 (task type) mixed-design experiment with 194 Korean adults. The participant-level data are not deposited: the study protocol approved by the Institutional Review Board of Hongik University (Approval No. 7002340-202601-HR-001-01) and the participant information sheet restrict access to the collected data to the research team and require destruction after the retention period. The structure and coding of the data files are documented in 00_README.md.
