The text file "HopkinsLandmarksJEB.txt" contains x and y coordinates landmarks for all specimens used in this analysis before paired landmarks were reflected across the sagittal axis. The first column shows the species name. The second column shows the collection number that the specimen came from or the museum repository number for the specimen (all specimens prefaced with “USNM” are held at the National Museum of Natural History, Smithsonian). See Hopkins 2011 (Evolution 65:3252-3273, Tables S1, S2) for locality information for each collection. The remaining columns list the x and y coordinates of each landmark from 1 to 15. See figure in ReadMe file for landmark chart (compare with Figure 1 in which landmarks are numbered after reflection). Missing landmarks are indicated by "NA". The baseline for reflection was defined by landmarks 2 and 4. Some of these data were previously made available on Dryad because they were used in the Evolution paper cited above.
