GDA

This dataset is named Gene-Disease Association (GDA), which aims to identify interactions between gene and disease concepts via distant supervision using MEDLINE abstracts. Compared with the CDR dataset, GDA has a much larger scale and focuses specifically on the interactions between genes and diseases. This dataset includes 29,192 documents as the training set and 1,000 documents as the test set, with its task being binary relation classification.
