The dataset is derived from Shuttle Radar Topography Mission (SRTM) products, with the download URL at http://gdex.cr.usgs.gov/gdex/. First, import the shapefile boundary of the Sichuan-Tibet Transportation Corridor on the download website to select the map tiles covering the study area, then mosaic these tiles into a single raster dataset using ArcGIS software. The dataset has a spatial resolution of 90 meters, a file size of 136 MB, and covers the Sichuan-Tibet Transportation Corridor. This dataset is applicable to the extraction of relevant topographic data at the 1:100,000 scale, including topographic factor datasets such as slope, aspect, river channels and drainage networks. As the foundational data for topographic analysis of the Sichuan-Tibet Transportation Corridor, it helps to understand the topographic and geomorphic characteristics of the entire region, and is of great significance for improving disaster risk management and decision-making levels in large-scale areas.
