This dataset and accompanying R code support the findings of the manuscript titled "Dynamic Thresholds Driven by Rainfall-Landscape Synergy for Non-Point Source Pollution Control: A Zonal Management Framework for the Three Gorges Reservoir Area".The package provides the necessary materials to reproduce the core statistical analyses of the study. This includes:Processed Data Files (.csv): Sub-basin level data used for the synergistic logistic regression model to predict Critical Source Area (CSA) risk. Key variables include non-point source pollution loads (TN, TP), annual rainfall, and landscape composition ratios (cropland and forest land). It also includes the derived threshold curve data used for breakpoint analysis.R Scripts (.docx): The R scripts contain the code for:Code S1: Performing the synergistic logistic regression, ROC analysis, and uncertainty quantification for the rainfall-adaptive landscape thresholds.Code S2: Conducting the optimal breakpoint identification using segmented linear regression and multi-criteria model selection.README.txt: A detailed guide explaining the file structure, software/package requirements (R version 4.3.3, pROC, segmented, etc.), and step-by-step instructions for replication.
