Quantitative data on nucleus incertus neuronal alterations following early-life adversity in adult rats

The data were collected to investigate how early-life stress (ELS) affects the molecular, structural, and electrophysiological properties of neurons in the nucleus incertus (NI), and to determine how these changes may alter stress responsiveness and contribute to increased vulnerability to stress-related and compulsive behaviors in adulthood.
