Single-cell RNAseq of mouse ventral prostate cells in steroid hormone imbalance

We used scRNA-seq to study prostate cellular heterogeneity in mice impanted with testosterone and estradiol pellets. Overall design: Mice were implanted with hormone pellets and the ventral prostates were harvested two weeks later for cell dissociation.
