Ceratocystis fimbriata AS236 Supplementary Maker Max Annotation Files

The following files represent the Maker Max annotation files for Ceratocystis fimbriata isolate AS236 which was collected from a black rot infected sweetpotato at a North Carolina packing house in 2014.The Maker Max dataset is the maximum number of predicted gene models annotated through Maker before filtering for quality to produce the Maker Standard gene set. The 3 annotation files include the transcript and protein fasta sequences for all predicted gene models, and a general feature file. These were intermediate files generated during the assembly process and thus gene models are gene models are listed under the maker auto-generated names.
