Total RNA was isolated from highly purified Th cells from different time points of the co-cultures (RNeasy, QIA- GEN). The RNA samples obtained from 10 independent experiments were pooled. Gene expression levels of over 2x104 human RefSeq genes were measured by Ampliseq Human Gene Expression Panel (Thermo Fisher Scientific) on an Ion Torrent next-generation sequencing platform (Ion S5, Thermo Fisher Scientific).
