The Impact of Salinity and Alkalinity Stress on Alfalfa

This study aims to explore the physiological and transcriptomic responses of alfalfa (Medicago sativa) to salinity and alkalinity stress, focusing on the effects of stress on photosynthetic efficiency, antioxidant activity, and gene expression. By analyzing the changes in gene expression of alfalfa under saline and alkaline conditions, the research seeks to uncover the adaptive mechanisms of alfalfa to salinity and alkalinity stress, particularly the key genes associated with stress tolerance.
