Extracted aggregate data and analysis code for: Can Sperm DNA Fragmentation Be Interpreted in Normozoospermic Men from Infertile Couples? A Systematic Review and Meta-Analysis

Versioned pre-submission snapshot, prepared on 31 October 2026, of extracted aggregate data, analytical scripts and numerical outputs supporting a systematic review of sperm DNA fragmentation in normozoospermic men from infertile couples. The source is the current S5/reproducibility release v24. The review inventory contains 44 eligible reports and 31 selected biomarker/prognostic estimates from 24 reports (23 biomarker and eight prognostic estimates); these are not counts of independent cohorts. Source-exact SCSA diagnostic counts and conditional Comet reconstructions are identified separately. The package includes exclusion and registry tables, UTF-8 CSV copies of the supplied workbooks, data definitions, exact retained search expressions, R/Python code, archived results and generated analytical figures. Supplementary Appendix S15 analyses added on 31 October 2026 are explicitly post hoc; quantile-based approximations, simulations and dispersion scenarios are labelled as derived or assumed rather than observed participant data. No individual participant data were collected. The snapshot documents the available consolidated dataset and analytical workflow. Completion of the independent human screening, extraction and risk-of-bias audit and associated reporting is not certified by this release. Original source-publication full texts, licensed BioRender artwork, private reviewer forms, correspondence and author-only working files are excluded. Study-level provenance and the stated assessment limitations are retained. Original data compilation and documentation are offered under CC BY 4.0; original analysis code is offered under MIT. Third-party publications, software and fonts retain their own rights and licences.
