Incidence rate of absolute poverty in Italy 2019-2021, by employment status

In Italy, 22.6 percent of unemployed people seeking for a job were living below the poverty line in 2021. Between 2019 and 2020, the incidence rate of absolute poverty increased for almost all professional groups. In particular, it grew among workmen and freelancers.
