BL-HiC analysis of water avoidance stressed BALB/c mice colon epithelial cells

We profiled emotional stress caused chromatin structure changes in colon epithelial cells from BALB/c mice. Overall design: BL-Hi-C was performed with colon epihthelial cells isolated from two control (CT) & two water avoidance stressed (WAS) BALB/c mice; data from each group were combined for visualization with hic files.
