Historical built-up areas (BUA) Version II - gridded surfaces for the U.S. from 1810 to 2020

These files are part of the dataset "Historical built-up areas (BUA) gridded surfaces for the U.S. from 1810 to 2020", contained in the dataverse “HISDAC-US V2: Historical Settlement Data Compilation for the United States Version 2” (https://dataverse.harvard.edu/dataverse/hisdacus). The *.tar.gz archive contains a time series of binary, geospatial raster layers with pixel values representing the presence of at least one built-up structure (1; built-up) or not (0; not built-up) at 250m spatial resolution and 5 years temporal resolution.
