SLR-RFF-BRICK intermediate data v2.1 (FaIR v1.4.5 + post-PR#93 BRICK; LHS-10k_s + Group-Sobol)

Intermediate-data deposit v2.1 for the SLR-RFF-BRICK reproducible pipeline (github.com/msarofim/SLR-RFF-BRICK, release v2.1). Supersedes v1.0 (2025-09; v1.4.1 FaIR + pre-PR#93 BRICK). Covers the v1.4.5 FaIR-calibration update + Wong et al. 2026 post-PR#93 BRICK posterior. Adds the LHS-10k_s noise-isolated conditional-BRICK ensemble (FaIR cubes + BRICK slim weighted CSVs) that drives the canonical Group-Sobol Hawkins-Sutton variance decomposition of total and pulse-marginal SLR, plus the prior LHS-10k and ANOVA-18k slim CSVs and the 324k balanced-factorial ANOVA design metadata used for the independent model-free cross-check. The raw 324k per-cell BRICK output (~2.8 GB) and state-level FrEDI long CSV are excluded as regenerable from the included metadata + drivers.
