This dataset contains 5.09 million full-cycle medical records spanning from 2011 to 2025. Following standardized data governance, it has been developed into a diabetes-specific dataset with 105 standardized fields covering medication use, complications, laboratory test indicators and other relevant metrics. It features large sample size, long-term time span and research-grade structured depth, supporting disease progression research and predictive model development. The dataset enables multi-scenario applications: in clinical practice, it supports personalized diagnosis and treatment and high-risk patient early warning; for scientific research, it facilitates multi-center studies and AI model training; for public health, it aids policy formulation; and for technical applications, it is compatible with cutting-edge technologies including AI and blockchain. This dataset took the lead in establishing a compliant data circulation mechanism in Fujian Province, and was awarded the Data Asset Certificate for Diabetes-Specific Datasets in April 2025. It can be applied in scenarios such as pharmaceutical enterprises (new drug R&D), AI companies (model development) and insurance institutions (actuarial risk management).
