Active POS terminals number change in the Netherlands 1991-2019

The growth rate on how many active POS terminals there are in the Netherlands continued to slow down in 2019. That year, the number of active POS terminals increased by approximately two percent compared to the previous year, which was less than in previous years. Back then, Dutch consumers increasingly paid for their purchases by debit card as the volume of debit card payment transactions increased with every passing year.

2019年，荷兰境内活跃的销售点终端（POS Terminal）数量增长率持续放缓。当年，活跃的POS终端数量相较于上一年仅增长了约2%，这一增长幅度低于往昔年份。彼时，荷兰消费者日益倾向于使用借记卡支付，而随着岁月的推移，借记卡支付交易量亦逐年上升。
