This FAIRsharing record describes: SYSGRO is a high throughput/high-content microscopy fission yeast phenotype database from the Carazo Salas Lab in the University of Cambridge UK, funded thanks to a EU ERC Starting Grant. It contains cell shape, microtubule & cell cycle progression computational phenotypes for 3004 non-essential gene knockout cell lines.
