SARS-CoV-2 Clinical Isolates Genome sequencing and assembly

The goal of this study is to sequence SARS-CoV-2 from clinical isolates to evaluate the effects of age and immunocompromised study on viral evolution and mutations. Our first focus is on comparing the developmental rate of viral variants in between samples from both children and adult patients. Our secondary focus is determining mutations of interest that develop in immunocompromised patients that are not seen in immunocompetent individuals.
