Analysis of gut microbiota changes after Vonoprazan-based dual therapy and Esomeprazole-based dual therapy

This project investigates and compares the short-term changes in gut microbiota associated with vonoprazan-based P-CAB dual therapy and esomeprazole-based PPI dual therapy in the treatment of Helicobacter pylori infection using 16S rRNA sequencing, aiming to provide evidence on their impacts on gut microbiota.
