Purpose: Next-generation sequencing (NGS) has revolutionized systems-based analysis of cellular pathways. The goals of this study are to compare NGS-derived hippocampus transcriptome profiling (RNA-seq) in mouse to evaluate alterations in hippocampus with methamphetamine administrations. Overall design: Methods: Hippocampus mRNA profiles of Control and Methamphetamine-treated mice were generated by deep sequencing, in triplicate, using Illumina Sequencing Platform.
