To examine the effect of the mutation of Arabidopsis HB52 on nitrate-induciblle gene exoression, we performed microarray analysis using wild-type and hb52-KO mutant. Overall design: 5 day-old Arabidopsis Col-0 wild-type and hb52-KO were treated with 10 mM KNO3 or 10 mM KCl (control) for 1 day.
