Comparative transcriptomic profiling of Candida auris WT 1333/P/13R and CRZ2 null mutant Overall design: RNA Sequencing was conducted on a multidrug resistant Candida auris 1133/P/13R and its CRZ2 null mutant. The cells were cultivated to the exponential phase in YPD at 37°C with agitation at 200rpm. Subsequently, cultures were harvested, and RNA isolation was performed, followed by the preparation of sequencing libraries for three biological replicates.
