This study aims to investigate the immunomodulatory effects of stem cell secretions on inflammation. We profiled the transcriptome of mouse macrophage cell line RAW264.7 under two conditions: one treated only with lipopolysaccharide (LPS) to induce inflammation, and another treated with LPS followed by concentrated secretions (SS-E) from stem cell sheets of human exfoliated deciduous tooth pulp. Comparative analysis reveals the global gene expression changes and key pathways through which SS-E may ameliorate the inflammatory response in macrophages. This work provides insights into the therapeutic potential of dental stem cell secretions.
