HDL GWAS

The scale is of 1 SD change in each component.The components include:Small HDL (S_HDL_P)Medium HDL (M_HDL_P)Large HDL (L_HDL_P)Extra Large HDL (XL_HDL_P)Total HDL (HDL_P)HDL without small componenet (HDL_WO_S_HDL)The GWAS was performed using regenie, and therefore the columns represent that from regenie (https://rgcgithub.github.io/regenie/options/).The GWAS was performed adjusted for age, sex, and the first 10 genetic principle components. We only included European Ancestry participants
