资源简介:
The project aims to develop innovative technology and organisation of maize production, aimed at increasing grain and biomass yields, protection against pests and phytopathogens and improving the economic viability of production. The project meets the expectations of farmers growing maize in integrated and organic systems. The project consists of 8 phases: isolation and identification of Bacillus bacteria extracted from field soil after maize harvest; evaluation of the enzymatic capacity of the isolated strains; optimisation of the sporulation of environmental Bacillus isolates and determination of the form and dose of the biopreparation; evaluation of the effect of the biopreparation on soil quality, decomposition of crop residues and germination of maize kernels; pilot production of a biopreparation for the decomposition of crop residues; cultivation of maize with special agrotechnical measures and application of a biopreparation for the decomposition of crop residues; assessment of the impact of the developed maize cultivation technology on soil quality and the growth, development, yield and physiological activity of maize plants; development of a manual for a significantly improved maize production technology. The project is carried out in close cooperation between 5 partners: the Department of Environmental Biotechnology of the Lodz University of Technology, Institute of Horticulture - National Research Institute in Skierniewice, JHJ sp z o.o., Euro Invest Group and Agricultural Farm Pawel Skora. This work was supported by the Agency for Restructuring and Modernisation of Agriculture, Poland.
