资源简介:
The gene expression profiling between Control and acetoaceto-o-toluidide exposure for 4 weeks in liver of NOG-TKm30 female mice transplanted with commercially available human hepatocytes. Overall design: Female 8-week-old NOG mice expressing HSVtk mutant clone 30 cDNA under the control of mouse transthyretin gene enhancer/promoter (NOG-TKm30 mice) were transplanted with commercially available human hepatocytes. After 10 weeks (18-week-old), mice were treated with 0 or 0.3% acetoaceto-o-toluidide (AAOT) for 4 weeks. After treatment, mice were sacrificed, and removed livers. Control and AAOT treatment: 3 control female mice, 3 AAOT-treated female mice, respectively. Mixed 3 samples from each group for each RNA-seq.
