本数据为1990年8月5日-2016年12月28日中国大气本底基准观象台二氧化碳浓度观测数据。单位为ppm，中国瓦里关大气本底基准观象台始建于1994年，位于青藏高原，海拔3810米，是全球最高的大气本底基准监测站，也是世界上第一个设在大陆腹地的大气本底基准监测站，它的建立填补了全球大气监测网(GAW)在欧亚大陆内的空白。

This dataset comprises carbon dioxide concentration observation data collected at the Waliguan China Global Atmosphere Watch (GAW) Baseline Observatory, covering the period from August 5, 1990 to December 28, 2016, with the unit of parts per million (ppm). Established in 1994, the Waliguan GAW Baseline Observatory is situated on the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau at an elevation of 3,810 meters. It ranks as the world's highest atmospheric baseline reference monitoring station, as well as the first such station located in the continental hinterland. The establishment of this observatory filled a critical gap in the Global Atmosphere Watch (GAW) network across the Eurasian continent.
