A Study on the In Vitro Fermentation Effects of Polygonati Rhizoma on Gut Microbiota in Pregnant Women with Poor Dietary Habits: Differential Regulation in Normal Pregnancy and Gestational Diabetes

Fecal samples were collected from pregnant women with poor dietary habits, including both healthy pregnant women and those diagnosed with GDM. This study provides a novel perspective on the mechanism by which Polygonati Rhizoma affects gut microbiota ecology and its value in preventing and managing gestational diabetes.
